A General Legal Council (GLC) reports is required to be presented by each attorney or firm at the end of each financial year stated by the Legal Profession Act. This report gives an account for all transactions carried out throughout the year. At KCLH we review the Financial Statements, bank statement and daily book-keeping entries to ensure that the Attorney maintains proper books and records with respect to his/her handling of client’s funds.
